All product prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept available payment methods offered through checkout, including PayPal and eligible debit or credit card payments.
Payment must be completed before an order can be processed.
Applicable shipping charges and sales taxes will be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct product pricing errors before accepting an order. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded.

6. FREE SHIPPING
Selected products may qualify for free shipping when specifically advertised.
Free shipping applies only to eligible products and destinations.
Other products may have shipping charges based on item specifications and delivery location.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
For standard change-of-mind returns, merchandise must generally be unused, in its original condition, and include original packaging and accessories when applicable.
Customers must contact us before sending a return.
Some merchandise, including personalized products, custom-made items, digital products, and certain hygiene-related products, may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.
These exclusions do not affect applicable consumer protection rights.
Return shipping responsibilities will depend on the reason for the return and any applicable listing-specific terms or legal requirements.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Financial institutions may require additional time to post refunded funds.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when available.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
When a return is required because of a confirmed seller error or defective product, we will cover the required return shipping cost.
The suggested 7-day notification period does not limit applicable legal rights.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before processing or fulfillment begins.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom-made and personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Customers ordering personalized products are responsible for submitting accurate names, dates, photographs, messages, and other customization information.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting an order.
Changes may not be possible after production begins.
Personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.
If an item contains a seller-caused personalization error or arrives defective, please contact us for assistance.
